Arthur Bollon is Chairman and CEO of Hemobiotech.  Dr. Bollon was Founder, Chairman and CEO of three biotechnology companies.  He raised over $69 million from private investments, IPO and warrants.  He established deals with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Phillips Petroleum.  He has licensed technologies for commercialization from UCLA, UCSD, Montana State University, University of British Columbia, Washington State University and University of Texas at Dallas.  He has acquired novel Nobel prize based drug design technology developed in Israel.  He is the inventor on 9 patents and author of over communications.  Dr. Bollon has a Ph.D. from Rutgers University; Postdoctoral Fellow from Yale University.
