Bob Brousseau

Co-founder - Fidelis Consulting Group

Prior to co-founding Fidelis Consulting Group, Mr. Brousseau spent 17 years running sales organizations in the pharmaceutical, drug/device and diagnostic arenas. After holding a number of positions of increasing responsibility with Dura/Elan in the areas of sales, sales management, marketing and managed care, he moved to Ovation Pharmaceuticals (now Lundbeck) as commercial employee #1 in the roll of National Director of Sales and National Accounts. While with Ovation, Mr. Brousseau began the sales and managed care organizations as well as building the sales operations infrastructure from scratch. Mr. Brousseau then had the opportunity to start the sales organization for start-up Verus Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Sales where he was employee #9. He subsequently led the sales organization for Cypress Bioscience where he built a 114 person sales organization. Immediately prior to co-founding Fidelis Consulting Group, Mr. Brousseau ran the sales and commercial operations groups for Genoptix Medical Laboratory, a $200M business.
Oncology Diagnostics, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Epilepsy, Pain, Fibromyalgia, Antibiotics, Anaphylaxis and Allergy are all areas of therapeutic expertise. He earned his B.A. in finance from the University of Oklahoma and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Presently Mr. Brousseau serves as a Principal for Fidelis Consulting Group, a Commercial Health Care Consulting Group.  Fidelis Consulting Group specializes in commercialization activities ranging from market identification and sizing for start-ups to territory and sales force sizing for mid-cap companies.  They offer a full range of services from market research to sales analytics to managed care and reimbursement services.
