Donald Hults is an accomplished, successful leader with over 20 years of experience in the development, marketing, and sale of medical and industrial technology. Mr. Hults has overseen new product delivery from initial concept through product design, development, testing, FDA clearance, final sales strategies and market deployment while building firm relationships with supply chain and distributing partners. He has guided and mentored staff through training and delegation of appropriate duties to enrich customer relationships and service.

Mr. Hults has held key management positions at CliniSurg Vascular Products, LLC (President and Owner) and at Surgimedics, Inc. (Vice President of Sales). He has directed the launch of three surgical products (Surgical Diode Laser, Surgical Smoke Evacuator, Vascular Access Port) at those companies and successfully trained 16 distributor groups in North America and Europe in the sale and use of those products.

Working with small businesses and start up companies has been a significant part of Mr. Hults' career. Cutting edge concepts or technology developments have always been on the drawing board in the companies he has served. Mr. Hults excels at working with international management groups, unique product clearance challenges, and simplifying the processes required to achieve company goals.

Mr. Hults enjoys assisting his former scouting organizations, his fraternity, and his alma mater at SMU.
