Gregory C. Roach is a seasoned executive with many years of
business experience including the pharmaceutical, in-vitro
diagnostic and medical device industries. With a background as a
medical technologist (MT ASCP), his career has encompassed
marketing and sales, product development including bringing both
in-vitro products and medical devices from research through market
launch. He was responsible for developing a strategic business unit
analysis indicating additional capacity needs and supervised the
building of a manufacturing plant, its equipment design, validation
and startup. As the founding executive director of the Biotech
Manufacturing Center of Texas, a medical device business incubator
which is the only one of its kind in the USA, he established an FDA
registered facility complete with staff and developed various
manufacturing contracts for medical devices. He is a Certified
Business Development Specialist as part of the SBA's Small Business
Development Centers. He was the founder of his own business in
Addison, Texas, Master Photo U.S.A., a unique chain of photographic
and digital imaging centers, which he operated and then sold after
22 years. He has served as a city councilman in Addison, as well as
serving as mayor pro -tem. A native Texan, Greg holds a Bachelor's
degree and an MBA from Pepperdine University in
California. He has served his country in the U.S.
Marine Corps and the communities where he and his wife have
lived.
