Jeff Snowden

Jeff Snowden has represented the City of Frisco on the DCTA Board of Directors since 2005, and has served as Board Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee since 2007. He obtained a BA in Economics from Texas A&M University in 1991 and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000.

Jeff is the owner of Capex Consulting Group, a project development and economic consulting firm based in Frisco. He and his wife Jane have three children, Jackson, Sarah, and Harrison. Jeff also serves as vice board chairman on Frisco's Economic Development Corporation.
