Ken is a seasoned corporate executive and general counsel for a mid-cap public company in the medical device sector, with substantial transactional, corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance, litigation management and commercial contract experience.  He was a Corporate Development Executive for a medical device manufacturer that was sold to a large cap medical device company for $1.2 billion.  Ken was also a Former Partner at Hughes & Luce LLP with over 20 years of boardroom experience.  Significant experience in law firm management.
