Michael Sills, MD

President - Cardiology Consultants of Texas

Dr. Sills trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is currently the President and Administrative Partner of Cardiology Consultants of Texas. 

Dr. Sills is an attending cardiologist at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He has served as Assistant Chief of Cardiology and the Medical Director of the Cardiac Non-Invasive Laboratory. His interests include cardiac imaging and preventive cardiology.  He has a background in information technology and medical practice administration. He spent time during cardiology fellowship doing research in cardiac molecular genetics.

He is active in the teaching program at the medical center for housestaff and cardiology fellows. Dr. Sills is a past board member of the American Heart Association and Assistant Editor of the American Journal of Cardiology.
