Rebecca Dubowy, MD, MBA

Principal - H*Works

Dr. Dubowy's background includes a mix of clinical practice, research and healthcare business management.  After medical school and training in ObGyn, during which time her clinical research yielded a novel set of biomarkers for assessing female fertility, she worked at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey she worked with a range of health care clients, including both pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.

From McKinsey, Dr. Dubowy moved to the Advisory Board Company (Nasdaq: ABCO), a provider of best practice research and analysis to the healthcare industry in the United States. Total membership includes approximately 2,600 U.S. hospitals and health systems.  As a Principal in the consulting practice, H*Works, Dr. Dubowy developed the division of Strategy Consulting and currently manages projects ranging from broad business development initiatives to operational process improvement work.

Dr. Dubowy received her BA from Harvard University, her MD from the Yale University School of Medicine and her MBA (with a concentration in Finance) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
