Richard Carrington

CFO -

Richard Carrington is currently serving as consultant and acting CFO at two Dallas area technology companies. He is the former Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of M&A Technologies. Prior to that position, he held CFO and COO roles at several private equity sponsored enterprises. He is also the former President of First Republic Bank Corp. In his earlier career he served in positions of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch and American Airlines.

He has a BA. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
