Scott Alan Giambalvo is a charismatic leader with more than twenty years of experience generating high growth, profitable medical and dental device companies. Presently, Scott Alan Giambalvo owns and operates Scott Alan Enterprises, LLC providing contract Chief Commercialization Officer services for medical and dental device companies.

 His hands on approach building sales and distribution teams, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and navigating the maze of medical device regulations, fill needed skill sets, talent requirements, and experience for start-up medical device companies to flourish.

 Scott Alan's preference for aggressive, straight commission sales teams and distributors allows start-up companies broad access to markets without strapping cash flow

 Prior to branching out on his own, Scott Alan was the Executive Vice President for Richardson, TX based start-up OraMetrix. There he developed an integrated team to provide Orthodontists with computer-aided design for custom manufactured braces. His efforts to create operational excellence led to a ten fold increase in revenues in just under three years.

 Previously, Scott Alan honed his leadership skills for fourteen years at Stryker Corporation, a $6.0 Billion medical device giant. One of his earlier projects involved developing the RuggedTM Ambulance Stretcher concept into a profitable division. Today, Stryker's Rugged division is the World Leader in EMS patient handling products. He subsequently resurrected a struggling hospital bed division through clever product re-positioning and the shrewd acquisition of a Quebec based hospital bed manufacturer. This led to a Senior Director level position in Canada, where he recruited and coached teams that grew the Canadian market ten fold in seven years.

 Scott Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University (Double Majors in Economics and Chemistry) and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. He resides in Plano, TX with his wife of eighteen years and their two daughters.
