Terry Crabtree

Former President & CEO - Inoveon Corporation

Mr. Crabtree has served in senior management positions in sales, marketing, operations and general management in various healthcare companies involved in critical care pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices and healthcare services.  Mr. Crabtree has operated successfully in start-up companies, large corporate organizations, in high growth companies as well as turn around situations.  

At Inoveon Corporation, Mr. Crabtree directed the turnaround of a venture stage business, reducing cash flow needs and developing a new go to market strategy which increased the number of diabetics under management from 10,000 to 140,000 in 24 months.  Prior to this, Mr. Crabtree was founder and CEO of Specialty Care Systems, Inc. (SCS).  SCS contracted with managed care organizations and at risk provider groups to manage patients with multiple chronic diseases.  This new approach to care management for these patients required a restructuring of the care delivery system for the medically volatile, high utilizing patients, resulting in a dramatic improvement in patient health status and decreased total cost to the at risk entity.  SCS managed 1,000 patients and $35 million in healthcare costs. 

Earlier in his career Mr. Crabtree was involved in developing outpatient diagnostic imaging services businesses.  He assisted in the start-up of one company and in growing another from $5 million to $50+ million in revenues business that went through a successful IPO.  Additionally, Mr. Crabtree has served as General Manager of a home infusion company and began his career at American Critical Care the critical care pharmaceutical division of American Hospital Supply Corp.  American Critical Care introduced new concepts in the treatment of shock, hypo-perfusion states and cardiac arrhythmias. 

Mr. Crabtree received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas in 1974.
