It took over 20 of our scientific and business advisors, who
served as reviewers, to get to this. After all scores were
submitted and the final tally is in, we are happy to announce our
top 10 presenting companies at Medventures 2010.
These companies' products address a very diverse group of
diseases, problems and challenges with unique and innovative
solutions. From early heart attack detection to advanced - next
generation - stent technology. From cervical cancer detection
to prostate cancer treatment. Giving patients more freedom in their
everyday lives by creating portable insulin solutions and self
catheterization devices. Allowing doctors better and safer
ways to intubate, diagnose spine disease and more convenient ways
to replace teeth. Gaining easy and convenient access to doctors is
the goal of another top 10 presenter.
The scores were so close and the submitted business plans so
compelling that we decided to create a second group of 10 quick
pitch presenters which will be announced closer to the conference.
