NTEC Conference Center Configurations

The NTEC Conference Center can hold various configurations.

Configurations (at a glance)

When arranged as a classroom setting, the Conference Center can hold over 100 people. A retractable wall can separate the space into two classrooms (each classroom has same AV equipment). Classroom A holds 48 seats; while Classroom B holds 56 seats.

When arranged as the Lecture Hall setting, the Conference Center holds over 160 seats.

When arranged as the Banquet Room, the Conference Center seats up to 120 people. The Banquet Room utilizes 6'6" round tables.

Arranging the room in a "U" shape facilitates group interaction and can seat up to 30 people.  Use the other side of the room to separate for lunch and/or breakout sessions.
