About Patrick Brandt:

Patrick Brandt founded Skywire Software in 2000. Under his leadership, the software company experienced tremendous growth both organically and through eleven acquisitions, including the leveraged buyout of Docucorp (NASDAQ: DOCC) in 2007. By 2008, Skywire Software employed over 600 employees and served more than 2,400 customers in 45 countries. In July 2008, Skywire Software's enterprise software business was purchased by Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company, and its business process outsourcing operation was purchased by Kubra Data Transfer, a private equity backed BPO roll-up. Skywire Holdings retained ownership of iWave Software, a leading provider of IT integration software, of which Brandt currently serves as chairman and CEO. Prior to founding Skywire Software, Mr. Brandt was engaged in a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors including Cyberpix, which he co-founded. Other experience includes two years at PaineWebber as an Investment Advisor and The Avion Group as Director of Marketing.

About Dave Vucina:

Dave Vucina became the CEO of Wayport in 2000 and led the venture backed 802.11 wireless service provider to establish major clients such as McDonalds, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, Four Seasons, AT&T, Microsoft and more. Wayport was acquired by AT&T in December of 2008 for a total of $325M.  Prior to Wayport, Mr. Vucina was President and COO of ProNet, Inc. (NASDAQ), a 1000 employee public wireless paging and tracking company. ProNet experienced rapid growth in the paging industry and acquired 18 companies in 24 months. The company was acquired by Metrocall in 1999.

About Rick Lacher:

Rick Lacher is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey's Dallas office, where he heads the firm's investment banking efforts in the Southwest. He also co-heads Houlihan Lokey's M&A group and is a co-director of Houlihan Lokey's national Fairness Opinion Committee. He has nearly three decades of experience advising public and private clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, capital-raising activities (senior, mezzanine/subordinated and equity) and assessing strategic alternatives in several industries, including consumer products, business services, industrial services, wholesale/distribution, energy, building products, food, technology, retail and manufacturing.
