NTEC Receives 2009 “Healthcare Heroes - Innovator Award” Dallas Business Journal Commends NTEC
Frisco, Texas, June 26 -- The North Texas Enterprise Center for
Medical Technology (NTEC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to
assisting medical start-up companies, received the Dallas Business
Journal's "Health Care Heroes - Innovator Award" on Friday, June
26. NTEC was awarded for its commendable work in the medical
technology field. According to the Dallas Business Journal, "NTEC
has for the past six years distinguished itself from other business
incubators by focusing on medical technology…[NTEC] has also
provided in-depth and hands-on assistance for eight medical
technology start-ups so far." NTEC's progress is a testament to the
success of the medical technology companies that NTEC supports.

Larry Calton, Executive Director at NTEC. "The real heroes are the
medical technology companies that NTEC supports." The award is yet
another milestone for NTEC, and further validates the progress that
NTEC has made since its inception in 2002. "We are grateful to be

Medical Technology (NTEC), is a not-for-profit organization based
in Frisco Texas, that operates as a business accelerator -
