OxySure Systems, Inc. Named Tech Fort Worth IMPACT Awards Finalist
Fort Worth, TX (Vocus/PRWEB ) April 14, 2010 -- TECH
Fort Worth recently announced that OxySure has been named as a
finalist in the Health category for its second annual IMPACT
awards. The Ft. Worth Business and Technology Incubator's IMPACT
Awards recognize new companies that will have a significant impact
on the environment, community or health by bringing new
technologies to market and the program is used to raise funds to
support business incubation programs for technology-based
entrepreneurs.

OxySure was selected for the IMPACT awards because it has
developed a unique platform technology that creates medically pure
oxygen on demand from two dry, inert proprietary powders and
eliminates the need for traditional tanks, storage, maintenance,
testing and training. Judging criteria included: (i) the potential
global impact of the company - the impact should be both
far-reaching and significant; (ii) the potential benefits to be
achieved for the greatest number of people, as well as the
company's ability to make it happen; and (iii) the product or
service should be new and innovative.
"We are honored to have been selected as a finalist for this
prestigious award. This recognition further demonstrates the
positive effect that OxySure has had in our community to make the
emergency application of oxygen better, safer and less expensive,"
said Julian Ross, CEO of OxySure Systems, Inc.
The awards luncheon is May 12 at the Brown-Lupton University Union
Ballroom at Texas Christian University, and the keynote speaker at
the event will be Larry O'Donnell, the CEO of Waste Management who
was featured on the new hit television series Undercover CEO. Table
and ticket information about the luncheon is at www.impactourworld.com.
