Partnership Programs

The founders of NTEC recognize the critical role that our contributors play in the success of our organization and the program companies we serve.  As a result, we fully involve them in the execution of NTEC's mission.  As important members of the NTEC network, we draw on the experience, influence, network and resources of our contributors. The contribution levels below were designed to permit organizations of all sizes to participate in the Center.

STRATEGIC PARTNER

Strategic Partner represents the highest level of support within the NTEC contributor program. Contributors at this level are vital to the long term success of NTEC as well as the growth of medical technology in the region.  Strategic Partners are industry and/or community leaders that have a strong tie to the healthcare industry and/or to the communities in which they operate.  These leading industry organizations are a logical fit for NTEC by providing some or all of the following key strategic benefits:

  • Leadership and mentoring
  • Equity investments in early stage companies
  • Sales and distribution channels
  • Company merger and acquisition opportunities
  • Product development opportunities
  • Education, training, and events 

NTEC in return offers significant benefits in the areas of product development, due diligence for acquisitions, marketing and branding, management training, community involvement, advancement of the medical technology industry, and many more.  Most important, NTEC allows industry leaders to expand their influence and involvement in emerging technologies in a way that is strategic to their organizations.  Each Strategic Partner works with NTEC to design a custom program geared towards achieving a set of specific objectives determined by the contributor.  NTEC implements, monitors and reports on the program to assure that program objectives are met.  In addition to the benefits outlined above, Strategic Partner carries with it the additional benefits of Platinum Level detailed below.

Contribution Details:

  • Annual Contribution - $50k
  • Minimum two (2) year commitment - Yr. 1, $50k, Yr. 2, $46k, or $90k if paid in advance
  • Three (3) Year Commitment - Yr. 1, $50k, Yr. 2, $46k, Yr. 3, $42k, or $125k if paid in advance

FOUNDER 

"Founder" status is available to those contributors that commit at the Platinum Level prior to 9/30/03.  "Founders" will be entitled to all the benefits of a Gold Level outlined below plus the following additional benefits:

  • "Founder" sponsor level available only to those contributors that commit in the inaugural year (October 1, 2002-September 30, 2003) and carries "Founder" identification indefinitely.
  • NTEC "Founder" plaque displayed in reception area
  • NTEC Letterhead "Founder" listing
  • "Founders" page on NTEC web site
  • "Founder" identification in all other program literature and marketing as outlined below for Gold Level while active as a contributor

GOLD LEVEL

Contribution Details:

  • Annual Contribution - $20k
  • Minimum two (2) year commitment, $36k if paid in advance
  • Three (3) Year Commitment - $20k Yr. 1, $18k Yr. 2 and $16k Yr. 3 or $50k if paid in advance

Contribution Benefits:

  • "Gold Level" listing in all program materials, both on-line and off-line, while active contributor
  • Banner display and literature at NTEC events (including open house and mixers)
  • NTEC Website, prominent separate "Gold" listing including link and logo, while active Contributor
  • Appointee and delegate to the NTEC Contributor Advisory Board
  • Free attendance for four executives to all NTEC sponsored events
  • Preferred "right of first refusal" opportunity for event sponsorships and a 10% discount
  • Appointee and delegate attendance to Program Company Review Committee
  • Mention of all "Gold" contributors during NTEC event introductions
  • Company profile on NTEC website
  • Exposure to contributors and NTEC network at "closed events"
  • Exposure to emerging medical technologies
  • Preferred opportunities to speak at NTEC sponsored events
  • PR value through media coverage of NTEC sponsored events
  • Networking and business development opportunities with NTEC Program Companies
  • Opportunity to participate in the commercialization of new medical technologies
  • Preferred opportunities to host NTEC Brown Bag seminars
  • Public recognition in NTEC publicity; including brochures and press releases
  • Participation in improving the economic vitality of the region
  • Assist in jobs creation and new industry growth and sustainable development in the North Texas region
  • Opportunity to be a critical player and publicly recognized supporter of the medical technology community and general economy of North Texas
  • Opportunity to utilize the NTEC Guest Office in full-day increments

SILVER LEVEL

Contribution Details:

  • Annual Contribution - $10k
  • Minimum Two (2) Year Commitment, $18k if paid in advance
  • Three (3) Year Commitment - $10k Yr.1, $9k Yr. 2 and $8k Yr. 3 or $25k if paid in advance

Contribution Benefits:

  • "Silver Level" listing in all program materials, both on-line and off-line
  • Literature at NTEC events (including open house and mixers)
  • NTEC Website, prominent contributor listing including link and logo
  • Appointee and delegate to the NTEC Contributor Advisory Board
  • Free attendance for two executives to all NTEC sponsored events
  • Preferred "second right of refusal" opportunity for event sponsorships with a 5% discount
  • Appointee and delegate attendance to Program Company Review Committee
  • Reference to listing of all contributors during NTEC event introductions
  • Exposure to other contributors and NTEC Network at "closed events"
  • Exposure to emerging medical technologies
  • Preferred speaking opportunities at NTEC sponsored events
  • Exposure through media coverage of NTEC sponsored events
  • Participate with NTEC Program Companies in joint business development and client referral opportunities, commercialization of new technologies
  • Preferred opportunities to host NTEC Brown Bag seminars
  • Public recognition in NTEC publicity; including brochures and press releases
  • Participation in improving the economic vitality of the region
  • Assist in jobs creation and new industry growth and sustainable development in the North Texas region
  • Opportunity to be a critical player and publicly recognized supporter of the medical technology community and general economy of North Texas
  • Opportunity to utilize the NTEC Guest Office in half-day increments

PATRON

- For Individuals & Foundations

Sponsorship Details:

  • Annual Contribution - at Strategic Partner "Equivalent "Level are recognized as "Diamond Patrons"

Sponsorship Benefits:

  • Prominent "Patron" listing with individual/foundation name on the NTEC web site
  • Potential naming rights for programs or conference rooms/ seminar rooms
  • Free attendance (for two) to all NTEC sponsored, public events
  • Preferred opportunities to host or sponsor NTEC events
  • Recognition in selected NTEC program documents and marketing materials
  • Participation in improving the economic vitality of the region
  • Opportunity to be a vital and publicly recognized supporter of the medical technology community
  • other benefits equivalent to NTEC strategic partner level as desired

PREFERRED PARTNER

- For Not-For-Profits, Universities & Public Organizations

Partnership Details:

  • Annual Contribution:  None (in kind) Our Entrepreneurial Resource Partners or Preferred Partners agree to support each other
  • Provide cross promotion of sponsored events

Sponsorship Benefits/NTEC contribution: 

  • Preferred access to program and potential program companies
  • Use of the NTEC "Preferred Partner" seal
  • Participation in public NTEC branded events
  • Listing on the NTEC website
  • Opportunity to participate in the commercialization of new medical technologies
  • Use of provider name and logo in NTEC marketing and branding activities and materials

ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION

As shown above, there is a discount for committing to a three (3) year sponsorship and an even greater benefit to paying for your multi-year commitment in advance. Further, by making a multi-year commitment, you have the ability to lock in contribution rates for those years.  NTEC may offer extended payment terms to qualifying contributors (extended terms are not available to Patrons) allowing for Quarterly or Semi-annual payment of sponsorship dollars. NTEC will also review, on a selective and limited basis, "in-kind" exchanges for a portion of the contribution amount however, those will be limited to mission critical products and services.

OTHER BENEFITS

In addition to the benefits outlined above, NTEC contributors benefit from the significant intangible of being associated with supporting technology and economic development in the area. The rewards of being a contributor also extend to the personal level, allowing representatives to have regular interaction with the NTEC team, program companies, and the NTEC Rapid Plug-In Network. Further, Contributors have the opportunity to be on the leading edge of new technologies and industry changing trends and issues. Your work with NTEC may extend to your existing clients as they interact with Program Companies, often at your introduction….a win-win proposition.
