In 1998, Wayne Millsap formed CFO Advisory Services, LLC to
address the need for flexible Chief Financial Officer services for
emerging through mid-size growth companies. Wayne has broad and
diverse experience as Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand
(now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers), Partner for outsourcing
solutions with the firm, Middleton, Burns & Davis, P.C. and CFO
for the technology start-up incubators. Wayne's expertise includes
strategic planning, venture capital fund raising, debt financing,
and financial reporting, and management of the human resources and
administrative functions.
