Jonathan Lewis
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Jonathan Lewis leads NTEC’s full-time staff and works with the Board of Directors, city leaders and others to achieve The Center’s mission of expanding and diversifying Frisco’s economic base by helping high-potential startups grow into significant contributors to the city’s business community.
In the past twenty years, Lewis has led three companies from inception/early-stage; each achieving $100M to well over $1B in revenues. His industry operating experience is broad-based and includes technology, renewable energy, global manufacturing and related services, and facilities management.
Jonathan has structured and led financing transactions in the public markets, venture capital, and private equity for companies at nearly all stages of development. He served as CEO of YLG Holdings, Inc., a national leader in the landscape industry; Managing Director of WTCG, a wind energy technology development company; and was the executive leader for the LeBlanc Group, a billion dollar diversified technology telecommunications/broadcast equipment company.
He has also served as presidential campaign Regional Finance Director, Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee, and on the Board of the European/International Energy Trade Association.
Lewis received his graduate education in economics at the University of Delaware, Newark and pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Ryan Bird
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Ryan Bird ensures that NTEC’s IT infrastructure and facilities are primed and able to support the fluid needs of young, growing enterprises.
Ryan devoted his early career to progressive roles in information technology for the American Red Cross in California before moving to Texas in the mid-nineties to assume the directorship of information technology for a global consulting firm. He then became Vice President of Technology for a rapidly growing commercial services business that became one of the nation’s largest companies in its sector, and he later broadened his focus to include facilities management for a property management and investment firm.
Ryan and his wife, Donna, reside in Carrollton, Texas.
Christina Carlisle
Director of Programs
As NTEC’s Director of Programs, Christina Carlisle combines a broad knowledge of program management and training with an extensive background in business operations, process re-engineering, knowledge / program management, business operations as well as content development and delivery in enterprise resources planning to create and drive programs that serve and enhance the center’s expanding, dynamic group of member companies.
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, Christina worked with companies including Verizon Communications, Cadbury Schweppes, DreamWorks SKG, and Freemantle Media, where she developed a unique perspective on innovative technology in the service of business objectives and customer needs.
Ella Haynes
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Ella Haynes supports the leadership team and manages office processes and procedures. Prior to joining NTEC, she spent several years as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Ella brings a wealth of experience to her role.
A mother of three, Ella spends much of her time supporting her daughter, who plays varsity softball for the Centennial High School Titans.
Before beginning her professional career Haynes studied business at Kilgore Community College.
