Mason Daniels, M.D.
Chairman
Doctor Mason Daniels is the Director of Anesthesia Services at the Medical Center of McKinney, a member of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors and a proud Frisco resident.
A proud resident of Frisco, Ronderos was born to parents who immigrated to the United States from Colombia, he conducted his undergraduate studies at Rhodes College and received his Medical Degree from the University of Alabama.
In the early 1980s Dr. Daniels introduced computer billing at his medical practice, even learning to code for the system, and later he developed a data acquisition program used for anesthesia related research, and he maintains an active interest in the role of medical technology in improving patient care.
Oliver Lawson, P.E.
Director
Oliver Lawson is the executive director, Sales and Marketing, Cardiac/Neuro & EME at medical device manufacturer Greatbatch Medical where he leads marketing, business development, sales enablement and ensures market alignment with the firm’s operations, supply chain management, quality assurance and finance organizations.
He has held a number of executive positions at medical technology companies, Vice President of Operations at OxySure, one of NTEC’s first successful member companies.
Oliver’s passion for entrepreneurial growth continues to keep him engaged with venture capital, private equity, and angel investor groups around the world and he currently serves global MedTech leaders like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and St. Jude Medical in their quest for new technologies.
Freeman spent the first 14 years of his career at ExxonMobil, where he rose through the ranks working in both oil exploration and product development. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Kian Tyler
Director
Kian Tyler was a founding partner of wholesale computer parts distributor Star Memory LLC and Vice President of Gas Marketing for Australia at ConocoPhillips, where he worked for 28 years
Kian and his wife Dotty are 10-year residents of Frisco, he is a member of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation’s Board of Directors and he has participated in multiple small business start-ups in the area.
Kian holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
Max Mason
Director
For nearly a decade Craig has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Max has dedicated his career to delivering personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.
Since joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2006 as a financial advisor, Max has obtained his Accredited Asset Management Specialist Credentials from the College for Financial Planning. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska in 1997. He went on to receive his Master’s degree in 2000 from the University of Nebraska, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors. Max worked in Healthcare administration as an Assistant Administrator for a home health agency. He played an integral role in growing the business from start up to a multi-million dollar company. During his tenure and leadership role, the company matured rapidly and experienced exponential growth to become a leader in the North Dallas home health care industry and a member of the Dallas 100.
When not spending time with his family, Max enjoys staying physically active exercising, playing softball, racquetball, and golf. He is also very active in the Frisco Community; at his church, as a volunteer at various charity events, as a Board Member of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, and Mane Gait Therapeutic Horsemanship. He is also an active member of the Frisco Rotary Club.
Tilly Moss
Director
Tilly Moss is the founder of Future World Real Estate, which employs a unique strategic overlay system to manage complex commercial real estate portfolios. Ms. Moss also combines her CPA abilities, finance and real estate development expertise to deliver tech-savvy brokerage services through Moss Commercial Real Estate (“MCRE”). MCRE provides access to a team of professionals that are experienced in land, mixed use, office, healthcare, industrial and high end residential properties. MCRE clients have collectively entered into contracts for over $120,000,000 of commercial real estate just in the last two years.
In the three years prior to mid-2016, Moss was an executive with the Brinkmann Companies, overseeing approximately two million square feet of office and industrial real estate in several states. She also acted as portfolio strategist for the Brinkmann family real estate holdings, which at that time encompassed over 5,000 acres in Collin County, Texas, including 3,500 acres in Frisco. She served as lead negotiator in a number of key technology projects and a corporate acquisition.
Early in her professional career she served as an auditor in a national public accounting firm. Afterward, she first joined Trammell Crow Companies, then Carruth Companies, followed by being named the CFO and VP of Finance for a national developer of outpatient/medical office buildings. She has also been the CFO and COO of an international internet services firm and held the same CFO/COO role at a national real estate field services company. She was instrumental in converting a cost center to a profit center for a company with a corporate real estate portfolio of over 500 locations throughout the United States encompassing 11 million square feet of industrial and office space.
Ms. Moss is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Real Estate Broker with financial sourcing/structuring and development experience. She graduated with a business administration degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She was at the top of her class at UTA, earning an MBA with a minor in real estate finance. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of North Texas, and gave commercial real estate finance educational presentations for Bank of America and most recently for the Urban Land Institute North Texas. She is known for presenting insightful commentary with a dash of humor.
